"Conserving the Land and Trees"
The Cedar Lakes HOA is comprised of 37 parcels. Assessments are made on each parcel, regardless of parcel combinations for property tax purposes. The Association board is responsible for the maintenance and curation of the subdivision common areas, preserving unimproved lots, approving new home and home addition plans, and overseeing construction through completion. We are governed by the Declarations, and Bylaws and Rules recorded at Fairfield County, SC. The Association is also governed by The SC Non-Profit Corporation Act, and the SC Homeowners Association Act of 2018. |
"Protecting the Lake and Dam"
The Lake Carole Lake Owners Association is comprised of 15 lake front parcels and is responsible for the maintenance of Lake Carole and the dam that separates it from Lake Mary Charles. Lake maintenance includes stocking fish, monitoring algae and plant growth and animal control. Dam maintenance includes cutting and trimming, tree removal, grass planting and cutting, erosion control and over-topping control. We are governed by the Lake Agreement for Lake Carole, and Bylaws and Rules recorded at Fairfield County, SC. The Association is also governed by The SC Non-Profit Corporation Act. |
